You may cancel your order within 24 hours from it placement on our website. Any cancellations made after order was delivered will be considered as Order Return and will be treated as such.
Most of the orders placed are for Inflated Balloons for Delivery or Customer Pick Up. Any Returns will be subject to refund ONLY IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE BY COMPANY. Please Read our FAQ prior to ordering to avoid any misunderstanding.
Any OTHER items excluding inflated Balloons you can Return at up to 14 days of the date of receipt. Full refund will be issued if and when items returned back to us in original condition and packaging.
