Inflated balloons

Most orders are inflated balloons prepared for delivery or customer pickup. Because these products are perishable, time-sensitive, and prepared for a specific order, they are eligible for refund only when Balloon Shop NYC made an error in fulfillment or when applicable law requires otherwise. Other items

Eligible non-inflated merchandise may be returned within 14 days after receipt. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return conditions

Proof of purchase and reasonable information needed to review the request may be required. Customized, used, damaged, incomplete, or opened products may be ineligible unless the issue resulted from our error or applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds
