Where you Deliver?
We in Greenwich Village – 13 E 8th St, New York, NY 10003.
Delivery area we guarantee is: Manhattan, Bronx, parts of Brooklyn, parts of Queens.
Delivery fee will vary based on distance from Village Party Store – $20.00 min charge.
Delivery to other areas, like New Jersey, Connecticut, Staten Island and other places close to Manhattan could be involving tolls and special trips. Special delivery has to be discussed with Store management before placing an order. If we will commit to deliver your order, you will be able to place an order online, select local pick-up as a shipment option and add to cart special delivery fees (to be defined separately).

Do you sell uninflated Balloons?
Yes we selling uninflated Party Balloons in sets. For example: we have sets of 72 12 inch Solid colors balloons, sets of 2 for 36 inch solid colors balloons. Please check our Solid balloons section for uninflated balloons sets.
How long Latex Balloon will stay fully inflated?
It depends on a lot of details.
1. What it was inflated with – air, helium, water.
2. Was it treated to keep it fully inflated with “Hi-Float” (check out Hi-Float info next)?
3. What is surrounding conditions – temperature, humidity?
If untreated Latex balloons inflated with helium will stay around 12 hours before they will start slowly letting out gas. We have a hi-float option when you placing an order. If you coming to the store let our staff know that you need special treatment.
What is Hi-Float Treatment for Latex Balloons?
Did you know that Latex Balloons inflated with Helium will keep it in for a little longer than 10 hours? If you are planning ahead of time and one of these people who have to get everything ready long before the event, that little fact could be a real problem. But not to worry, we have a solution – safe, nontoxic and biodegradable liquid – “Hi-Float”.
With Hi-Float special treatment, Latex Balloons will stay in great shape up to many times longer! There could be timeframe adjustments based on outside conditions but it will do the job.
Remember to choose a hi-float option when ordering Inflated Latex Balloons, because it has to be injected inside the balloon prior to inflation.

Can I order shipment of Inflated Balloons?
The question might seem unreasonable, bet we’ve got it a lot. NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT WE ARE GOING TO SHIP INFLATED BALLOONS. We will arrange delivery in Tri-State area for extra fees.
What is Mylar Balloon?
Mylar Balloons also are known as foil or metalized balloons made from thin, un-stretchable metalized films such as Mylar (BoPET – biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate – don’t worry I can’t pronounce it either). Mylar balloons usually have shiny reflective surfaces and printed with colorful pictures and designs for gifts and parties.
